Reflection on the Communicative Tool

I observe communication tools operating as links that unite people and groups from different backgrounds and places, promoting smooth communication and comprehension. These tools enable us to communicate information, discuss ideas and express emotions. They range from like spoken and written language to digital platforms like social networking and video conferencing. They allow for real-time communication and worldwide collaboration across geographic boundaries. In a time when being connected is essential, communication technologies are critical to how we interact with one another, develop connections, advance society and create thriving communities.

Google Classroom

Google Classroom has become a vital tool in modern education, transforming the traditional classroom setting. Its value stems from its capacity to improve collaboration and expedite task administration. Google Classroom, by offering a single platform for communication and resource sharing, allows students and teachers to collaborate seamlessly across geographical boundaries. Teachers can efficiently create and distribute assignments, set deadlines, and provide feedback, while students may effortlessly submit work and collaborate in real-time on projects. Finally, Google Classroom supports a more efficient, engaging, and inclusive approach to education, meeting the different requirements of learners in the digital era.

Steps to creating Google Classroom

  1. Sign in to your Google Account.
  2. Access Google Classroom.
  3. Click on the "+" button to create a new class.
  4. Fill in class details like name, section, and subject.
  5. Add a welcome note.
  6. Share the class code with the co-tutor and students or invite them via email.
  7. Customize settings as needed.
  8. Start adding assignments and materials for your class (materials needed can be in the form PDF, PPT, video, audio, etc.)
